She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest E. Collins and DeElda Collins (Colvin); her stepfather Alvia Burton "Eddie" Collins; her siblings, Everette Collins, Rhoda M. Fitts (Collins) and Alvia "Bimbo" Collins; and her son Gerald "Ernie" Lucas.

She is survived by : her husband Richard "Bud" Hawes; her children, Lawrence "Larry" Lucas, Sabra Snow, Micheal "Denny" Snow and Richard "Ricky" Hawes; her grandchildren, Diana Murdock (Lucas), Jorden Snow, Jessica Johnson, Beth Lucas, Jess Collins, Savannah Hudson, Kyra Hudson, Alex Lucas, Lance Lucas, Nate Crump, Tyson Lucas, Sierra Snow, Phillip Snow, Cody Snow, Levi Lucas, Tristen Snow, Ashley Lucas, Cheyanna Snow, Lorelai West, Charlotte Hawes and Rocky Hawes; her great grandchildren, Parkker Collins, Christopher Snow, Cayden Collins, Allison Johnson, Lillian Wolf, Declan Collins, Avyn Lucas, Cameron Lopes, Jace Hudson, Axl Lucas, Mykka Collins, Madelyn Lopes, Layla Dart, Jackson Murdock, Averie Crary, Phillip R. Snow, Shawn Talley and Nicoli Snow; her great great grandchild Skyye Collins; and her sister Ellen Fitts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
