He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Gaiter; and his parent Betty Ridgley (Patricia Ridgley). He is survived by: his pets, Grisley, Max, Elle, Barbie and Gunner of Buck, J. J.; his sons, David Ridgley (Amy) of Vincennes and Paul "Rusty" Ridgley (Shelley) of Parrish, Florida; and his grandchildren, Hayden Ridgley, Dane Ridgley and Sydney Ridgley.
