He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sue DeLoriea; his children, Amy Barrix-Neeley, Seth Hesler of Flat Rock and Elizabeth Mendola (Christopher) of Chandler, Arizona; his grandchild Carisa Mendola; and his siblings, Dale Barrix (Janet) of Vincennes, Indiana, Jeanette Zeller of Vincennes and Marcella Ann Barrix of Lawrenceville, Illinois..
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home (1303 12th St, Lawrenceville, IL 62439). A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery (7573 E Il 250, Claremont, IL 62421).
