With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Faith Brunson of Lawrenceville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Faith Brunson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle Wood and Anna Belle Worstell Wood. She is survived by: her husband Dean; her children, Susan Hedge (James) of Lawrenceville, Anna Baum (Neil) of St. Francisville, Michael Brunson (Tammy) of Sumner, Desiree Snider (Brad) of Vincennes and Stephen Brunson of Evansville, Indiana; and her siblings, David Wood of Houston, Texas, Shirley Stockfleet and Brenda Nantz. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Saint Lawrence Catholic Church (1006 Collins Ave, Lawrenceville, IL 62439). A Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
