With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lanora G. Satterfield of Lawrenceville, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jess D. Jones and Emma B. Jones (Ferguson); her husband Stanley R. Satterfield; her siblings, Denzil Jones, Hugh Jones, Leota Richart, Bernice Sanders and Faye Weger; her son Richard G. Satterfield; and her great grandchild Gauge Dinkelmann.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Satterfield (Kathy) of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Tammy Satterfield of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Twila Davis (Jerry) of Lawrenceville, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Michael Davis, Ginny Hamilton, Kaye Newlin, Jessie Ring and Samantha Shappell.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pleasant Ridge Christian Church (12085 Pinkstaff Ln, Lawrenceville, IL 62439). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made to the Pleasant Ridge Christian Church or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
