She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Darrell Metz and Alice Gaye Lockamy (Brannon). She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Metz (Shelby) of Lawrenceville, Christopher DeLong (Jennifer) of Parkersburg and Matthew Metz of Lawrenceville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Kennedy DeLong, Paxton Metz, Grayson DeLong, Owen DeLong and Xander DeLong; her stepmother Rita Inboden (Nathan) of Lawrenceville, Illinois; and her brothers, Russell Metz (Angela), Jeffery Metz and Clyde Ray Metz.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Home of Rita & Nathan Inboden (14542 Old Hwy 50, Flora, IL 62839).
