He was predeceased by : his father Clarence T. Phillips; his former life partner Gerry Ann Rousey; and his daughter-in-law Teresa Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Stella Maye Phillips (Gowens); his sons, Mark Phillips of Vincennes, IN and Matthew Phillips (Michelle) of Lawrenceville; and his grandchildren, Mason Phillips, Alan Webster (Devan), Alex York (Bethany), Heather Christie (Jordan) and Amy Stoelting (Aaron). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
