He is survived by: his wife Tina Collins; his children, Aleah Seitzinger (Larry) of Lawrenceville, Michelle Monk (Brian) of St. Francisville, Michael Pinkstaff (Heather Schultz) of Russellville, Katherine Collard (Richard Fiori) of Olney and Lindsay Pinkstaff (Gary Tapley) of Vincennes, Indiana; and his siblings, Jack Bledsoe (Karen) of Bridgeport and Shirley Underwood (Gary) of St. Francisville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
