He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spade and Etola Arama Rowles (Garringer); his sisters, Barbara Osborn and Kathy Strine; his son Kelly Spade; his great grandchildren, Parker Wayne Courtney and Jaythen Wayne Courtney; and his daughters-in-law, Linda Spade and Tonya Spade.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Spade, Joseph Spade and Christopher Spade (Beth); his grandchildren, Tony Ryan Spade (Chasity), Lauren Douglas, Drew Spade (Whitney), Darcee Dunlap (Adam), Kendra Courtney (Justin), Ethan Spade (Candace Brooke), Katelyn Spade (Blake) and Samuel Spade; and his siblings, William E. Spade (Liz) and Julia Shipman. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
