He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Sr. Decker and Lorene Fulk Decker; his wife Phyllis Marie Tiffany; and his grandson Joseph Decker. He is survived by: his children, Gary Decker (Julie) of Lawrenceville, Sheryl Frederick (Dan) of Lawrenceville, David Decker (Kim) of Robinson, Ron Decker (Carrie) of Lawrenceville, Diana Emmons (Mickey) of Lawrenceville and Debra Case (Chad); his sister Nina Downey of Vincennes, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Jason Frederick, Jennifer Frederick, Zachery Wagner, Jacob Decker, Ethan Decker, Jaeleigh Waller, Jessica Emmons, Jordan Decker, Mackenzie Baker and Parker Trinkle. He is also survived by nineteen loving great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Decker Family Cemetery.
