He is survived by: his wife Dixie Raydell Campbell; his daughter Laurie Ann Cardinal (Eric); his grandsons, Christian Levi Worstell and Patrick Owen Worstell; his siblings, Roger Miller, David Miller (Dago), Carl Miller, Mary Williamson (Rick) and Vicky Culbertson (Harold); and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Farrar (Faith), Bill Campbell (Brenda), John Campbell (Kim), Jack Campbell (Renie), Nola Davis (Jim), Galya Travis and Sandy Higgins (Bill).
