She is survived by: her mother Elsie Patterson-Ford; her aunts, Betty Childress Hughes and Alma Karas (Yang Ling); her uncle Harold Patterson; and her siblings, David, Timothy Childress (Marie) and Michelle Collier. She is also survived by many nieces/nephews.
