She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Henning and Ethel Henning (Nee Young); and her sister Carol Taake. She is survived by: her husband Sy Korte, Jr. of Lebanon, IL; her children, Derek Korte (Jennifer) of Fenton, MI and Leah Corbitt (Jeremy) of Lebanon, IL; her grandchildren, Evan Korte (Brigitte), Spencer Korte, Adam Korte (Erin), Allison and Joseph Corbitt; her brother Donald Henning (Lynn); and her brother-in-law Terry Taake of Troy, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
