He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Couture and Genevieve Couture (Labossiere); his daughter Anita Marie Couture; and his brothers, Alfred Couture and Fernand Couture.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Couture (Haapaoja); his sons, Steven Couture (Jennifer) of Fairview Heights, IL and Scott R. Couture of North Hampton, MA; and his grandchildren, Christopher Couture (Youjung), Ashley Couture, Meagan Couture (Theo), Stuart Couture, Catherine Couture, Adam Couture and Aimee Couture. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
