She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Boos and Barbara Boos. She is survived by: her husband Richard; and her sisters, Barbara and Margaret. She is also survived by her 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Shirley requested that donations be made to the ASPCA, St. Clare Church, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
