She was predeceased by : her brother Rodrigo Modio; and her grandson Ryan Skaggs. She is survived by : her husband John Zeigler; her children, Joanne of Russellville, James (Tracy) of Edwardsville, John (Stephanie) of Avon and Robert of Colorado Springs, Colo.; her grandchildren, Steven Skaggs (Isabelita) of O'Fallon, Elise Imhoff (Kati) of Waukesha, Wisc, Jacinda Zeigler of Edwardsville, Jessica Zeigler of Edwardsville, James Zeigler, Jr. of Edwardsville, Jarrod Zeigler, Alex Zeigler of Avon, Quintin Zeigler of Avon, Dominique Zeigler of Dixon, Ill and Madison Zeigler of Okla; her great grandchildren, Alexia, Michael, Kamiayh and Khalani; and her siblings, Marlon Modio, Tito Modio, Virginia "Virgit" Modio, Julieta "Rhening" Herzog (Gary Lagera) of Yucca Valley, Calif and Inocencia "Nening" Peligrino of Wash. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
