She was predeceased by : her husband John Horn, Sr.; her brother Phil Steinbach; and her parents, Henry Steinbach and Francis Steinbach. She is survived by : her children, Susan Jachna (Jeff), John Horn, Jr. (Juliane), James Horn (Cathy Jo), Joseph Horn (Kathy) and Jerome Horn (Thresa).
