He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Musillami and Gloria Musillami; his brother Francis Musillami; and his in-laws, Charles and Marjorie Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Andrea Evans (Brian), Anthony Musillami (Nicole) and Nicholas Musillami (Janeen); his grandchildren, Brenna, Braelen, Nina, Carlo, Siena, Nora, Nico and Lorenzo (Enzo); and his siblings, Maryann Vittallo, Salvatore Musillami, Kathy Isbaner and Scott Musillami.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (1025 W 55th St, Countryside, IL 60525). A prayer was held on Wednesday, April 8th 2026 at 9:15 AM and at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Don's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) or The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation are greatly appreciated.
