He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Deana Boehm (Randy Bolstad), Tony (Tiffany) and Becky Stazak (Keith Strainis); his grandchildren, Kara Yearta (Dakota), Krysta Boehm, Kyla Stazak, Hayley Platt (Tucker), Jelena Pavelek, Hannah Stazak, Colin and Nick Nicosia; and his great grandchildren, Wes, Theo and Truett.
