She was predeceased by : her husband Frank; her daughter Debra Ann Ponziano; her grandson Anthony Ponziano; and her siblings, Julius Spisak and Anne Lucenti.

She is survived by : her son Bernard Czerwinski (Sylvia); her grandchildren, Bernie (Amy), Frank and Matthew (Melissa); and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Ethan, Nolan, Nathan and Gabriella.
