She is survived by : her children, Ronald Zezulka (Renae), Arthur Zezulka (Patricia) and Kathleen Schuda (Edmund); her grandchildren, Randy Zezulka (Jill), Rhonda Boyd, Edmund Schuda III (Kimberly), Dirk Schuda, Kelly Zezulka and Ethan Schuda; and her great grandchildren, Riley and Jack Zezulka.
