He was predeceased by : his parents, Maria Kulma (Suder) and Jozef Kulma; and his brothers, Chester, George, Steve, Ted and Joseph.
He is survived by : his friends, Marianne Wagner, Gene and Diane (Maloblock); his wife Diane; his children, Nadine and Michael; his children-in-law, Ed and Luella; and his grandchildren, Sydney and Samuel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
