He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Polak and Jozef Polak; and his sibling Jan Polak (Bronislawa). He is survived by: his wife Zofia; his children, Bernadette Krzysiak (Karol), Bozena Zubek, Franceska Polak and Monika Polak; his grandchildren, David, Jakub, Szymon, Klemens Krzysiak and Antoni Zubek; and his sister Anna Malkuch (late Jan). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM at the Zarzycki Manor Chapels, Ltd. - Willow Springs (8999 Archer Ave, Willow Springs, IL 60480-1205). A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cyril & Methodius Church (608 Sobieski St, Lemont, IL 60439-4050). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
