He is survived by: his wife Zofia; his children, Bernadette Krzysiak (Karol), Bozena Zubek, Franceska Polak and Monika Polak; his grandchildren, David, Jakub, Szymon, Klemens Krzysiak and Antoni Zubek; and his sister Anna Malkuch (late Jan). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
