She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert D. Kouba; her child Denise Kouba; her parent Fred Vath (late Catherine); and her siblings, Donald Vath (late Dorothea), Kathryn Tyler (late Phil), Robert Vath (late Genevieve) and Joseph Vath (Barb).

She is survived by: her children, Linda Wlodarski (Tony), Kimberly Ryba (Ron) and Robert Kouba (Gloria); her grandchildren, Justin, Jordan and Amanda; her siblings, Fred Vath (Jessie), John Vath (Penny) and Richard Vath (Maureen); and her husband Bob.
