She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Heintz and Ann Heintz (Murgas); her husband Wayne Piven; and her sister Judy Pierce (Heintz). She is survived by: her children, Kevin Piven and Michelle Strugala (Bob); her sister Betty Lilly (Heintz); her grandchildren, Kevin, Kaylee, Ava, Teagan and Bobby; her sibling's children, Jeff Pierce, Dawn Testyon (Rick), Kim Dynowski (Mike), John Lilly, Steve Lilly (Letty), Scott Lilly (Sonja), Don Piven (Laura), Cheryl Vojak (Bill), Nancy Piven and Bobby Piven (Michelle); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor Keller (Matthew), Delaney Pierce, Adam Lilly, Eric Lilly, Emily Vojack, Aleah Vojack, Breanna Vanek (Joe) and Nicole Piven.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markiewicz Funeral Home (108 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439). A prayer was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cyril & Methodius Church (608 Sobieski St, Lemont, IL 60439).
