She was predeceased by: her spouse Ignac Rebrica; her child Dana Blase (James); her parents, Ivana Mikec and Franc Mikec; and her siblings, Stanley (Albina), Frank, Joze (Mimi) and Fanci Gregorcic (Toni).
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Marie Zajac; her grandchildren, Karl Blase, Emily Schmitz (David), Jackson Zajac and Jeffrey Zajac (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Christina and Nathaniel Zajac; her siblings, Rafko (Toncka) and Peter (Marica); and her friend Metod Ogorevc.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ivanka may be made to St. Mary's Slovenian Catholic Mission (14246 Main St, Lemont, IL 60439).
