It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry W. Ptacek of Lemont, Illinois, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Connie; his daughters, Corrine Ptacek, Jeannine Kearney (Joseph) and Collette Oprondek (David); and his grandchildren, Sean, Kevin, Joe, Norah, Mick, Claire and Charlie.
