He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Raymond Blazys; his grandparents, Magdalena, Feliksas Kudirka, Sofija and Dr. Walter Blazys; and his godfather Dr. Anthony Blazys.
He is survived by: his mother Laima Blazys; his sister Lora Mikuzis (Juozas); his nieces and nephews, Juozas Jr., Paulius and Matas; his godchildren, Juozas Mikuzis Jr. and Evianna Balciauskas; his godparent Ramute Balciauskas; his aunt Dalia Norkaitis; and his uncle Julius Blazys. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
