He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Millard and Virginia Millard. He is survived by : his wife Leslie Millard; his children, Carlie Millard and William Millard; his sister Cynthia Millard; and his brother-in-law Brian Jones. He is also survived by his nieces & nephews.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Markiewicz Funeral Home (108 E Illinois St, Lemont, IL 60439). A reception was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
