She is survived by : her children, Russell De Phillips (Cindy), Tina Rouen (Thomas Jr.) and Kevin De Phillips; and her grandchildren, Danielle Bibelheimer (Michael), Christopher De Phillips, Jon Hale (Allison) and Sean De Phillips.
