She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Chmiel; her parents, Julian Bulgajewski and Maria Bulgajewski; and her siblings, Ziggy Bulgajewski (Diane) of Chicago, Irene Rehder (late Ronald) of Minnesota and John "Bugsy" Bulgajewski.
She is survived by: her son Peter Chmiel (Julie Chmiel) of Lemont; her grandchildren, Isabella Chmiel and Brady Chmiel; and her siblings, Casey Bleski (Darlene) of Lockport and Lester Bulgajewski (Judy) of Chicago. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
