He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Frank and Hilda Frank (Becker); his wife Mary Lou Eversoll; and his siblings, Lloyd Frank, Arlene Frank and Betty Gonner.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Thomas (Jeff) of Pearl City, Sue Reed (Rick) of Pearl City and Greg Frank (Laura Eaton) of Pearl City; his grandchildren, Ben Thomas (Kim), Sarah Thomas, Tyler Thomas (Jaclyn), Kaitlin Kersten (Zach), Alexandra Frank, Dustan Reed (Cassi) and Aaron Reed (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Casen, Palmer, Sophia, Maddie Jo, Deacon, Callee, Daxton, Dezmond and Zeke; his siblings, Phyllis Wienen, Ruth Bush, Elsie Frank, Marvin Frank and Kenny Frank; and his pet Brownie.
A memorial fund has been established.
