She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Fitz; her parents-in-law, Lester and Zella Dommel; and her pet Renny. She is survived by: her husband Richard Dommel Sr.; her children, Deb Deyo (Brad Sherrer) of Freeport, IL and Richard J. Dommel Jr. of Albany, WI; her grandson Samuel Deyo of Minnesota; her brother William Gerloff (Mary) of Freeport, IL; and her brother-in-law Robert L. Dommel of Freeport, IL.
A reception was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schwarz Park (608 S Park Blvd, Freeport, IL 61032).
