It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Triefenbach of Lenzburg, Illinois, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Ann Triefenbach to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Joseph; her spouse Merlan Triefenbach; her brother Richard Diecker; and her sister-in-law Kim Diecker. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alexander Dickey, Samantha, Penelope Triefenbach and Grace Dothage; her siblings, Marie Maupin, James Diecker (Kristin), David Diecker (Belinda), Karen Haselhorst (Dean), Charles Diecker and Ron Diecker (Jodi); and her sister-in-law Marsha Diecker.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity United Church of Christ (5698 Biddleborn Rd, Marissa, IL 62257). A memorial service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials made in memory of Ruth may be made to the Trinity UCC Cemetery Perpetual Care fund and will be received at the church or Nordike Funeral Home, 15 E. Hanover St., New Baden, IL 62265 who is serving the family.
