She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Turner and Mollie Turner (Hatcher); her husband Leon Keutzer; her daughter Kelly McCoy; and her daughters-in-law, Annette Keutzer and Marcia Petman-Keutzer.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Keutzer, Karen Mann (Tony) and Kent Keutzer (Dianne Watchulonis); her son-in-law Mike McCoy (Debbie Underwood); her grandchildren, Michael Keutzer, Kari Harold (Brandon), Molly Mann, Norah Briden (Mark), Cole Keutzer (Mary Kate), Ruby Keutzer, Alexa DeLeon (Justin), Jaclyn Goodwin (Jackson) and Danielle McCoy; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Tinley, Hunter, Maddyn Harold and Colin Briden.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (2501 N Annie Glidden Rd, DeKalb, IL 60115). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of DeKalb or the Ladies Marine Corps Auxiliary.
