He is survived by : his brother Joseph (late Arlene); his nieces and nephews, Jolene Kappes (Robert), Debra Kozerski (David), William Platek (Gail), Phillip Vana (Sharon), Glenn Vana (Janet) and Laura Shapiro (late Hal); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aaron, Nathan Kappes, William (Carrie), Timothy, Robert Kozerski, Kaitlyn Rosales (Frankie), Marie Platek, Tracy Johnson (Michael), Christopher Vana, Valerie, Kimberly Vana and Jacob Shapiro.
