We announce the death of Bruce W. Irwin of Libertyville, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2026, at the age of 77. Bruce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Bruce’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Irwin and Margaret Irwin; and his brother Brian Irwin. He is survived by: his wife Esthela Irwin; his sons, Robert Irwin and David Irwin (Lisa); his granddaughter Lauren Grace Irwin; his sister Linda Butler (James); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Irwin. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (219 W Maple Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
