He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Hamil and Delores Hamil; and his sisters, Marleen Plumley and Janet Birdsley. He is survived by: his wife Gail Hamil; and his siblings, Jerry Hamil, Jr. (late Trudy), Peggy Ellingson (Chris), Ronald Hamil (Janet) and Tracy Hamil (Julie).
