He is survived by: his close friend Jan Leasure; his son Kevin (Laura); his stepdaughters, Jordan Leasure (Will Reigle) and Jade Dellinger (Jared); his grandsons, Parker, Jamison, Atlas and Grady; his pet Lumi Lynn Leasure; his former wife Barbara Bloss; his niece Dawn Fox; his brother Jimmy Bloss; Jean Fox.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the John Bloss Memorial Golf Scholarship to support young golfers at Waukegan High school.
