He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McCormick (John Vincent Jr.) and Adagene McCormick (Luce); his nephew Michael Mitchell; his niece Pamela Mitchell; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Mitchell (Gil) and Janet McCormick (Jim).
He is survived by: his wife Susan Carol Small; his daughters, Jennifer McCormick and Katie Bolich (Steve); his grandson Chase Bolich; his brother Jim McCormick; and his brother-in-law Gil Mitchell. He is also survived by his nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
