It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angel I. Monroe of Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Monroe and Martha Monroe (Gregory); her siblings, William Monroe Jr., Carlene McCain, Rose Bond and Cindy Bond; and her granddaughter Delaila Monroe.
She is survived by: her children, Tabitha Gordon (Chrissy) and Louie Wise (Julie); her grandchildren, Lily, Makinly, Payton and Logan; her sisters, Dawn Petty, Beth Leopold (Stuart) and Charlisa Segner; and her close friends, Kathy Yates and Penny Tripplett.
Memorial donations may be made to Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home to assist with cremation costs.
