He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Leevey and Norma Jean Leevey (Deavers). He is survived by: his children, Josh Leevey (Taylor) and Ashley Diehl (Jacob); his grandchildren, Kyly, Gabriel, Houston, Hunter, Luella, Mazie and Nova; and his brother Dave Leevey.
