She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Bellack and Daisy Bellack. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Sampson (Connie) and Shawn Sampson; her grandchildren, Halen Sampson (Madisyn), McKenna Sampson, Raquel Rice, Gretchyn Brosamer and Dusty Allen (Shelby); her great grandchild Maeve; her grandchild Courtney Sutton; and her great grandchildren, Kinley and Kora.

Memorial donations may be made to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
