He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Levi and Louise Levi (Stuan); and his sisters, Betty Jean Levi, Joyce Voyles and Mary Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Levi; his daughter Melissa Levi (Pat Chamberlain); and his brother Kenneth Levi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
