He is survived by: his sons, Ashley Welch (Sara), Tracy Welch (Annette) and Jerry Welch; his grandchildren, Trevor Welch (Dolly), Kayla Welch, Haley Welch and Alyssa Baloch (Zain); and his sisters, Sheila Davison and Rita Bakken.
Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Logan County and will be accepted at the funeral home.
