Runyon of Lincoln, Illinois, born in Emden, Illinois, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Runyon and Helen Runyon (Duncan); his former life partner Darla Osborn; his sister Lois Jean Runyon; and his stepson Wayne Clayton.
He is survived by : his children, Darwin Runyon (Jeanne), Duane Runyon (Pam), Dale Runyon (Roberta), Jo Beth Stanbary and Janelle Gunterman (Chris); his wife Carol Ann Roosa; his siblings, Jerry Runyon and Janet Runyon; and his daughter-in-law Jeanette Clayton. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Joe's name to Rotary International or the donor's choice.
