It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Lucille Smith of Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Sidney and Bertha Evelyn Mortimer (Coultas); her husband Bryce N. Smith of Virden, IL; and her siblings, Dorothy, Raymond, Kenneth and Eldon Dean.
She is survived by : her children, Evelyn Smith, Norman Smith (Martha) and Larry Smith (Deborah); her grandchildren, Eric and Andrea (Bryan Guarante); her great grandchildren, Cierra and Benjamin; and her brother Russell Mortimer (Betty).
