He was predeceased by : his parents, Julius Kasa and Mary Kasa (Dudas). He is survived by : his wife R. Marilyn Varvil; his sons, Stephen Kasa of Lincoln and Paul Kasa (Julie) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Michael Kasa (Courtney Clark), Rachel Shershen (Ryan) and Rebecca Kasa; his great grandchildren, Alexander Shershen and Evelynne Shershen; his sister Mary Ann Stephens (Wes); his niece Cara Michalek; and his nephew Jeff Jagielski.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Lincoln and the Lincoln Logan Food Pantry.
