She was predeceased by: her parents, Finley E. Moore and Madeline H. Moore (Level); her son Michael; and her brother Phillip Moore. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Przykopanski (Lori) of Mt. Pulaski, Jodi Deibert (Timothy) of Mt. Pulaski and Jill Clemons (Dennis) of Lincoln; and her sister Jeanne Smith of Lawrenceville, IL.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Kay's name to Holy Family Catholic Church in Lincoln, IL.
