He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann; his wife Kathy Sue (Saylor); his significant other Kathy Miller; his son Ryan Kisner; and his siblings, Charles and Teresa.
He is survived by: his children, Stacey Pyles, Roger Miller Jr., Rachel Miller, Jarron Randall, Tracey McPeek, Tommy Kisner, Justin Saylor and Aubrey Miller; and his grandchildren, Alexis Randall, Jerika Randall, Amaya Randall, Jarron Randall Jr., Eric Marshall, Destiny Seymour, Jenay Hall, Aryana McCullen, Gracie Saylor, Justin Saylor Jr., Eric Saylor and Brayden Saylor.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home (620 Pulaski St, Lincoln, IL 62656). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
